C. Anne Coulter, CSEP, PBC is one of the most experienced and sought-after wedding and event planners in northern Michigan. She is one of the few in the world who have obtained the prestigious Certified Special Event Professional designation. The CSEP designation denotes that Anne has achieved the highest level of achievement of event planners internationally. Currently there are only two CSEP’s within the state of Michigan. This designation signifies experience, knowledge, continuing education and the highest level of professionalism in the Special Events industry.
Anne is also a Professional Bridal Consultant™ through the Association of Bridal Consultants. She is the only PBC™ in northern Michigan.
Her experience coordinating events includes six years as the coordinator for Indiana’s largest and most profitable black tie fundraiser. Under her direction the event tripled to more than 3000 guests, 61 restaurants and 11 bands. Today the event raises more than one million dollars in cash and a quarter of a million dollars in in-kind donations each year.
Anne has also coordinated two white tie galas.
In addition, she served as the celebrity coordinator for the Indianapolis 500 Festival and Indianapolis 500. She has assisted with two Congressional Medal of Honor dedications; two Olympic Games ceremonies, various sporting events; gala dinners for 600; a U.S. Presidential visit; festivals for 30,000-300,000; family and class reunions in addition to premier weddings across the United States and Canada. She also has had the unique opportunity to have as her mentors successful corporate CEO’s and noted authors and etiquette experts, such as Andy Granatelli, former CEO of STP Motor Oil, Letitia Baldrige, Jackie Kennedy’s White House Social Secretary, and Mary M. Mitchell, author of Class Acts and the Idiots Guide to Etiquette.
Annually Anne Coulter Productions donates more than 1000 hours to help not-for-profit organizations. Anne is a mentor and speaker regarding event planning. She resides in beautiful Traverse City, Michigan with an office nestled in a 150 year old stone cottage near the shores of Lake Michigan. She also has a summer residence on Mackinac Island. Anne plans weddings and events for clients across the country.
