We charge based on a flat rate for services. We feel this gives our clients the best value. In order to best orchestrate your wedding we provide you with unlimited emails, phone calls, meetings, recommendations and expert advice. Full Service Planning and Coordination
We know that an amazing wedding takes time to plan. We are dedicated to achieving this no matter how many hours it takes. A professional wedding planner serves as your advisor through negotiations with vendors, is a shoulder to lean on, a time saver, supervisor to make sure everything happens in a timely manner, and financial advisor to help your dollars go as far as they can. Our full service program includes coordination of the rehearsal and the entire wedding day.
Day of Coordination and Then Some
This program starts several months prior to your wedding. We work with you to develop timelines, review vendor contracts, take care of details you may not have thought of, and are present for set up the entire wedding day through to clean up. Every bride and groom deserves to have a professional, experienced wedding coordinator to handle the details and problems that can arise on your wedding day. We are there for your needs and those of your family and guests. As the point of contact for vendors and guests you can enjoy your wedding day while we take care of the details.
An Hour with The Expert
This option is for brides will do most of the planning themselves, but just need to know if they are on track; if they have forgotten any details, suggestion for a trusted vendor or the time schedule and layout for their reception.
We accomplish a great deal in sixty minutes. Also included, are three follow up emails for questions you may have forgotten to ask on our call.
